TriBimensinals Art
Here the 3 Dimensions are 2
...THE ARTWORK AND YOU.
Uaio keeps his childhood alive by remembering his first geometry class, where he learned that a line is a succession of points. That idea transformed the way he saw the world: objects ceased to be single units and became the sum of their parts.
He understood that three-dimensionality is nothing more than the accumulation of infinite two-dimensional planes.
His experience in advertising led him to combine geometry and perception, creating artworks that turn the viewer into the author, by mentally completing the non-existent volumes in the piece.
He called this phenomenon TriBimensional: an exploration of geometric art where two-dimensional elements are perceived as three-dimensional, thanks to the layering of aluminum sheets intervened with color.
This approach studies how two-dimensional planes relate and generate new forms in the mind, revealing that our perception constructs the world we know and have learned to see as our reality.
This effect allows us to explore non-existent reality, to see figures that exist only in our minds.
TriBimensional challenges the limits of imagination and perception—we cannot imagine anything that doesn’t already exist, and of all our senses, the easiest one to deceive is the one we use the most.
